Can I make changes to the album after I get my tag?

Yes! With any option you can add or remove photos and videos. For the standard Trophy Tags and "Just do it for me" options, you're in control of the gallery on your end. Just upload or remove content as you want! For the hosted options, send us an email at info@TAGSidermy.com and we'll work with you to make changes.

Are my shared albums secure?

Using a link to share access to your album means anyone with that unique address can see your photos. We'll only communicate that with you, so be careful with who you share it with! Here's a link about Google's shared albums and privacy. If you're a customer with a Hosted Album on any of our tags, we can create an additional login layer for you.

Does I have to pay every year?

The only tags with a annual cost are our hosted options. You just pay the annual hosting fees based off how much storage you need. Our other options are one and done, so there's no annual subscription or app to worry about.

My tag isn't scanning the QR code, what should I do?

9 times out of 10, its too dark in the room for your phone to pick up the QR code. Turn on some lights and try again. You might also be too close! They scan best from about 1-3ft back. Try to tap your screen to make it focus on the code to scan. If there's an issue with your tag, contact us and we'll get you fixed up!

Can you help me make a slideshow or video of my photos?

Absolutely. Check out our other services here. We'd be glad to create something special that pairs with your mount.

Will you help me take photos of my hunt?

Oh God no, hire a pro!

I just want something that works and is simple, which should I get?

My opinion? A hosted wall plaque or hosted trophy room gallery plaque, hands down. All you've got to do is send us your photos and videos and we do the rest. For the cost of a few rounds of ammo each year, you're set.

How long do the NFC tags last?

The tags we're using today last over 10yrs. If yours gives up the ghost, contact us and we'll send you a new one for free.

Do I need a special app?

Nope! The videos and photos are store in online albums so no apps necessary. Just you and your hunting memories.

Can you do make one that is a part of my taxidermy mounting plaque rather than something separate?

Yes! We're currently working with a taxidermy plaque manufacturer to get these available to order.

I want something other than the options listed on my hang tag or plaque, can you do that?

You bet. Just send us an email with what you're thinking and we'll work something up custom.

If I want several set up, can I get a deal?

Does a bear shit in the woods? (We've been told it does, but I've never witnessed the act) If you’re wanting several independent tags set up, of course we’ll make a deal for ya. Just contact us.
